Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of every month at 7:30PM.

If you have a project that needs to go before Planning Commission please email buildingsafety@flatrockmi.org with a Planning Commission Application completely filled out.

Some plans require a Site Plan Deposit/Performance Bond. If it does please fill out the form.

If there is a property undergoing Planning Commission approval and you would like to voice your opinion, please fill out the Request for Approval or Objection sheet.

If you are interested in joining the Planning Commission please fill out this Application and turn it into the Clerk's Office. Commissions abide by the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, their Bylaws, and our City Ordinance.
